SJ started his career with ITC, Welcome group India. Has traveled the world serving my culinary fare Love of carrier had him cooking the world over with Carnival Cruises. Suresh has been in Turks & Caicos since 2008 pleasing the palate at Amanyara, Ambergis Cay, The Veranda, The Beaches, Grace bay Club and Now at Point Grace Resorts and Spa Run by Grace Bay Resorts as Executive Chef. His Culinary skills in Modern - Asian & Fusion Cuisine make him a versatile Chef. His experience in diversified environments ranging from fine dining restaurants, hotels, exclusive resorts, private islands and cruise ships. Culinary concepts French, Caribbean, International, Indian, Tandoori, and Asian cuisines. He has over many years of culinary experience combined with good education and 3 years degree in hotel management with top honors and received an advanced course in culinary at ACF Certified college, His work has earned numerous awards and honors. Three gold awards from my college competitions. His goal is to serve innovative cuisine using only the highest quality products from around the world coupled with the finest local and regional products available.
